Three days after you return from your trip you will receive an email from Evaneos with a link to a feedback form which will allow you to leave a review about your whole Evaneos experience.
The feedback submitted is then sent to your local agent to write a response, and published onto our website (if you have authorised us to do so) on the page of the agency who organized your trip.
